STAFF RULES

1. Follow the Rules Strictly! As a staff member, it is important to keep the room under control. That means moderating the room according to the rules.

2. If a guest requests any kind of service outside of the Cafe, kindly decline and contact me or Masa immediately. We want to keep you all safe. If any type of drama occurs, let us know, so we can keep track of it.

​

3. If a guest invites you to a “private chat” outside of the Cafe, please decline and let them know you can meet them at Tea Tree.

​

4. Keep whispering to a minimum to keep the chat lively, replying to a guest quickly is very important. Make sure to include our website link to your greetings, and keep up to date on events.

​

5. No more than five workers should be working in the room at a time. If the Cafe is full, please use our party room. Our time cap is two hours per guest.

​

6. If you are going to AFK for a long period of time, leave the Cafe and come back when you are ready to work again.

​

7. Let me or Masa know if you are going to be absent for more than three days. Trials can only be extended ONCE.

​

8. You may work at other places besides H.E as long as you show up to work and your other work place does not have any type of escort services.

​

9. Respect other staffs,we are one family.

​

10. Dress accordingly! Company blouse or Maid outfit are required.

​

Others

1. Dating within the company is allowed, but it's not encouraged. (Please do not flirt with each other, when guests are around, useless it's fan service.)

 

2. Please do not visit co-workers of the opposite room while working, since it may distract them from their guests.
